Yes. Every band profile features audio and video clips so you can get a clear feel for their sound and performance style before making a decision.
We strongly recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak-season events. Our bands are in high demand, and early booking gives you the best selection and peace of mind.
Some do, but not all. Every band will provide a full tech spec in advance. If your venue has in-house sound or you're working with a production company, this helps make sure everything runs smoothly. Be sure to check each band’s individual requirements before booking.
Some bands are happy to accommodate song requests, including first dances or special favourites. Others may prefer to stick to their established setlists to deliver the best performance. Let us know early if you have requests and we’ll guide you to a band that’s a good fit.

Our bands are based across the UK and are available to perform at weddings, festivals, themed events and corporate functions nationwide. Whether you're planning a party in the Scottish Highlands or a barn wedding in Devon, we've got you covered.
Once you've chosen your band, you'll pay a deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is paid directly to the band, either in full or in instalments, depending on what works for you. Payment terms are agreed up front, with no hidden fees.
Cancellations are extremely rare. However, if it does happen, we’ll help you secure a replacement of similar style and quality as quickly as possible. Your deposit is transferable in these cases and your event will remain a priority.
We understand that plans can evolve. If anything changes, just get in touch with us and the band as early as possible. Most things can be adjusted without issue, though changes close to the event may depend on availability and feasibility.
Yes. All bands listed on CountryBands.co.uk are required to have Public Liability Insurance and use PAT-tested equipment where applicable. If your venue needs proof of insurance or safety certification, the band can supply this upon request.
